They take money without authorisation. I am not aware I ever signed up and even if I did they never confirmed that I did.Crooks! Both of your claims in your response are entirely untrue.I never had to go through signup steps nor did I ever get emails apart from emails telling me about my membership and my fee just before I got charged.
I am sorry to say this but people need to take some responsibility and stop blaming the company for everything. It clearly states when you sign up that after the 30 days you will get billed £15. They also send you a reminder email a few days before they take this payment. AND IT IS SO EASY TO OPT OUT. There is a link on the email they send that allows you to opt out. It took me all of 5 seconds to opt out. I have used mytime rewards to get £30 cashback for using national express. On one of the receipts I sent they did initially reject it but when I followed it up with another email pointing out I had followed the process correctly I got the £15 within a few days It is a good reputable site, im just gutted my family brought a £699 pc from Currys just after the 30 day free trial otherwise would have got £69 cashback from that too.
SCAM. They keep sending this auto generated emails back to you, when you try to get the £15 reward for the National Express ticket. They make stupid excuses without any proof, and waste your time.UPDATE: they eventually did pay, after leaving this review. But, how is it possible that I had to send +5 emails telling them how to do their job, cause they kept saying I was wrong, and turns out they were wrong from the beginning... It's still a scam if you try to outsmart people with lies, and make them stop trying to get their money, by wasting their time and energy sending over and over again the same fake emails... Giving me my money back after +1 month and all this headache, it's just hilarious.
I bought a ticket with national express (19.5.2022) and was offered a 'cashback' of £15 if I signed up with My Time Rewards; it seemed a worthwhile thing to do as membership offered other discounts. I signed up and it turned out the 'reward' was only available if I bought another National Express ticket. That wasn't a problem as I wanted another ticket. However after buying the second ticket and trying to claim the cashback - sending in both the National Express booking confirmations and their welcome email, they have claimed that I am not entitled to any cashback as I bought a ticket before I signed up for their programme (!).I have send emails to them and just keep receiving the same standard replies and no offer to pay the 'cashback' promised.
I've read here that so many have had issues with having money taken from their accounts after buying National Express tickets and this has happened to me too.I've reported it to my bank and they have said there's a lot of this going on.I've tried to contact Mytimerewards but all that happened there was they locked my account so I can't even log on.Please, if anyone reads this then avoid them like the plague.ps...I've now had an email telling me they will refund me 15 pounds which is half of what they have taken but they also say I signed up for another of their products which I have no idea at all about and they haven't given me any links to this other product. I did contact my bank in the UK and they were worse than useless and told me there nothing they could do about these payments being taken out.
I only noticed the other week this £15 had been coming out my bank from my time rewards and complete savings 2 £15 a month since October 2020 I called the bank and the company and got every penny back thankfully ... they were fast at replying and refunding but have no right to be taking peoples money my new bank card should be here today call Ur bank as it's fraud.
Like many others have already said.£15 a month taken for a ‘subscription’ you didn’t sign up for.Emailed customers services to stop and refund the 4 payments now taken. No response to several emails for over 6 weeks.Contacting my bank regarding the payments and will be seeking legal advice on this matter.
