Company uses discounts to get you to signed up and then wipeout any savings with a subscription service. Cancel as soon as possible to avoid charges. Companies sign up for this service via benefits packages, but its just a rip off for their employees. To Avoid.
I have already canceled my membership that I don't know they will charge 15 GBP per month. Unfortunately, a company like national express is causing this big problem for its customers and they shouldn't work with them. I'll inform them as well. When I saw it last month on 12.02.2023 they charged 15 GBP from my card, I canceled my membership by my profile and also I sent an email. Also, the company sent me an email for confirmation of my cancellation. And now! they charged again 15 GBP from my card on 12.03.2023? Are you a fraud company? How come you can charge again 15 GBP? Do you think that I have 15 GBP for paying nothing every month? Please pay my money back. Otherwise, I'll complain about your company everywhere.
I've read the other reviews here about difficulty cancelling etc, but I was surprised to find it was actually incredibly easy... I'm guessing everyone here forgot and left it too late? They have multiple different ways of cancelling; email, phone and a 24 hour self cancellation form which took literally 1 click.
I booked a train ticket online and somehow unwittingly signed up for this rewards scheme. There is no indication at all about the monthly charge. I only knew about it because I took a few minutes to check my "Profile" and it's there that the monthly charge is shown. Seriously, any charges should be made 100% clear before signing up. The way in which this company dupes consumers into joining is not honest. They should not gaslight people into it. I am now trying to cancel. By the looks of earlier reviews, I am worried it will be difficult to do so.UPDATE: In response to the company's reply, please note that I entered my credit card details thinking that the company was going to use them to pay the "reward" for having purchased a train ticket through Trainline. I reiterate that I only knew about the monthly charge afterwards by reading my Profile. I reiterate that to be fair to customers, the charge should be made obvious. It was not obvious by any stretch. That is why I feel tricked. Since then, the company has sent me an email confirming that my account is cancelled. I shall be checking that the monthly charge is not withdrawn from my account.
This is the next thing to spam! They sign you up for this and "daughter" company called complete savings. I usually do not sign for anything like this but had to buy 2 different sets of train tickets so have it a go...they never refund me anything but charged my card 2x £15... SPAMMERS
Discovered £15 taken from my credit card on 24th Dec, and TWO payments of £15 on 19th November. Checked my emails but found no authorisation given, and have no dea who this company is, or what my £45 has paid for. Credit card server advised that I contact My time for an explanation, immediate cancellation and refund , before they take further action .
