I do not know how I accidentally signed up to This but I was not prepared for £15 to be taken from my account. That could be my fault but as soon as I realised my mistake I came on here and saw the replies from the company providing a email address to cancel the subscription, however keep getting a failed email back so not sure where to go now to cancel this moving forward. I am a single working Mum just about getting by and this company don't seem to have a working email address in order for me to cancel
I concur with previous comments about this company.Should they respond as normal that they are unable to recognise my account then don't bother because following emails advising of this companies activity there has been no response.
I trust you are well. I have noticed that a monthly £10 is taken out of my account for over a year! I have not consented to this and I demand a refund for all the money taken from my account without my consent and approval! I am not sure how do you have my bank details and why am I debited monthly for no reason!Please look into the matter immediately and please arrange a refund ASAP!!Taking money from my account for over a year coming to 2 years! I don’t have bank notifications, however When I looked it’s a pattern and it’s been going on for almost 2 years! Something that I haven’t committed to!
Paid for tickets on trainline. Did not enter card details for anything other than train tickets. My bank flagged up that £45 had been taken by this scheme over 3 months and cancelled my card. I may have ticked a box for reward points but never agreed to paying £15 a month.On complaining it was suggested 'someone else' had access to my card and that card details were entered. Impossible.They send no email confirmation and my bank was already aware of this scam. They operate under 2 names. I phoned and got a total refund using only one number..so one company with 2 names?Completesave and My time rewards. ..Trainline need to be aware unless it's with their blessing. It is a scam. Report it.
I have automatically been signed up (presumably Trainline (which I doubt I will use again) - so I can only add to the comments here. There is no confirmation pretending you signed up. Have reported to my bankDespite the claims below I have not received anything form these people in the last month. i have reported this to my CC company
