I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MyTransfers.
Last Thursday, my scheduled transfer never arrived. I was supposed to be transported from my hotel in Cancun to the airport, and despite waiting at the agreed pickup location, no driver showed up and I received no prior notice or explanation.
Because of this, I was forced to urgently arrange a taxi on my own, which cost me three times more than the original transfer I had booked. To make matters worse, I was very close to missing my flight due to this situation, which caused unnecessary stress and anxiety at the end of my trip.
I contacted customer support immediately, expecting a prompt solution or at least assistance in arranging an alternative transfer. Instead, I was simply told to find transportation on my own. The only compensation offered was a refund to be processed one week later, which does not properly compensate for the inconvenience, additional expense, and risk of missing my flight.
A transfer service should provide reliability and peace of mind, especially when heading to the airport. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this company.
Yesterday I arrived in mumbai. My luggage lost. I was inside airport more than 2 hours. Driver wait for me. I'm a woman arriving first time in India. I felt secure and had an excellent service.

Even when there was a hiccup with the driver not being able to find us at the airport, he managed the situation excellently and took complete responsibility. He maintained constant communication with us, provided reassurance, and ensured everything was resolved without causing us any stress. Most importantly, he made sure we received full compensation by organizing our return drop-off to the airport and coordinating all necessary arrangements for our journey back from Egypt to the UK. He truly went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of, especially during a tense moment. His customer service, integrity, and attentiveness greatly enhanced our experience in Egypt. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a dependable and conscientious transfer consultant. Thank you once more; you are a true asset to your profession.
Your apology does not address the complete failure of service we faced. The facts: 1. We waited two hours at the confirmed location after a tiring 16-hour flight.
2. No driver or representative showed up.
3. The AI chat system provided no help whatsoever.
4. We had to take an unsafe and inadequate taxi, finally arriving at our hotel at 1 AM. This reflects a total breakdown in operations and customer support. We request a full refund and a written explanation for the driver's absence.
This airport transfer is just one big gimmick. We booked both ways transfer from airport in Istanbul and when we arrived to designated point there was no representative, the local guys which look like hustlers said they don't know this company. after messaging on couple whatsapp numbers same guy started to yell our name and said minivan will arrive in 20 minutes, after half an hour we asked where the car is, he said 1 minute away. It took almost an hour after all. The minivan which should be Nissan Serena was all beat up Mercedes , with cigarettes burns on seats, dirty armrest and some suspicious splashes on side windows and walls. Driver spoke only Turkish so no communications possible, he was calling his family and friends the whole ride, scrolling through facebook reels. The whole ride took about an hour with driver jerking the car all the time , speeding or slamming brakes. All of us got motion sick which never happened before. we started to get worried about our return transfer and the scheduled time already.The return was even more adventurous, i was ensured by mytransfers custom service that the same situation won't repeat and i will receive driver's details and confirmation 4 hours prior pickup. 1 and half hour before the scheduled time no email , no contact from the trasnport company, so i messaged my transfers again they said don't worry just wait in the location etc blah blah blah. No car showed up on time, we started calling and messaging the local numbers we have got with no relevant reply. The driver arrived half an hour late putting our departure flight in risk and suprise it was the same car and the same driver. Yes we all became sick again.Avoid this company at all cost unless you don't care about the late pick up and lack of communication, it's very unprofessional and chaotic.You will receive email with assigned driver's name, car type, license plate and contact, however in our case it was scam. Driver's name for first ride was Vlad Boyko and for second ride Rafael Martinez when in both cases it was the same Turkish man . Car model and license plates also don't corresponded and the contact number doesn't belong to the drive either.Never again, this experience spoiled half of our stay in Istanbul. too stressful and not worth it.
