Worst bank , disaster, disorganized, poor services and slow more than anything i did international amount transfer transaction and I regretted like nothing in my life, it’s almost a week now and they are still saying it takes couple of weeks ! From sender bank is already done in first day and also provided the tracking number but Nobil Bank is still not giving our money bank in account,If you cannot do services why you open bank and giving us hard time ! Everyone whom I know and my family I will never recommend them to open accounts in there and if they have I wish and tell them to closed immediately to avoid frustrations and disappointment!!Very very unsatisfying!
Wish I could give ZERO Stars for this Nabil bank. It’s giving me hard time to get access to my ebanking when I have asked help from them like zillion times. Wish I never had an account in this bank. The hype of this bank is so much but customer service is THE WORST. Also they don’t even know what they are talking about I mean how can the staffs(customer service) be so lame(sorry it is what it is!) and they are taking forever to resolve the issue. I suggest no one to be an account holder in this bank. Period.
If I can I would give less than one. I really had a worst experience with the Nabil bank mandhikatar branch customer service. I had a problem with my mobile banking and they told me they will follow up back I called them thrice they didn’t call back neither the problem was solved. Another issue I had and all I wanted them is to support with amount of money deducted from my bank account. Which was declined by my Vendor. I did email in the customer service there is no one replied yet. My money is hold for almost 3 days and I question them that if the customer have emergency and will call you with the situation you will answer “ come write a letter and give to bank and then may be after 2 days you might get your money back” Wow did you even empathize the situation. I bet you didn’t. I question the customer service who claim to have a best service to overview your customer service experience delivery. May be your team might want to learn about the empathy map or HEART module. Customer service department need to understand they are dealing with the humans not with the money.
I think I had the worst and worst of experience as a customer with Nabil bank, they don't freaking care about customers and don't think on giving alternative solution to customers. I had to wait for 4 days just to deposit the check of other bank in nabil bank. Worst experience
Mobanking of nabil is worse! We have to login 2/3 times, it always appers error at first attempt! We cannot even withdraw our money in time! As bank is always crowded staffs are very rude! Please nabil upgrade your service in everything!
Customer service from swoyambhu branch is too much unsatisfactory.. They were too much lazy on their work. Most of the people are leaving the bank without completing their work due to lazyness of bank staff... staff of bank should be either changed of transfer or add more 10counter ... I personally suggest all customer never go to swoyambhu branch
Personally, I'm using this bank service since 2014. Which is quite long. At beginning services are fine, quick, and satisfactory but now these recent days I don't understand what happened to this bank which is out my imagination. Today I went to the bank for connect ips activation and what happen there was out of my expectation. Let me tell you the scenario "I just said to the receptionist to print out 2 copies of connect ips documents" the answer from the receptionist was terrified, she said we dont print any documents here at any cost while I was in the emergency. To be honest this is my worst experience ever at nabil bank, new road branch. I think staff not everyone but few of them are full of rude behaviour, major attitude, and not even small idea about costumer satisfaction.totally disappointed.Regards,Bibek Lama
