Review Time
Terrible customer service. Their website automatically defaulted my shipping address to my old address. Their customer service said there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for it to be returned to them. They wouldn’t cancel the order. I contacted UPS and they told me there was nothing they could do and it was all up to the shipper. This used to be a good company to order from. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else.
This product is not that bad, however, I concur with the other reviews that the customer service is absolutely dreadful. Recently, my order was shown as delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I contacted Naked Nutrition and their only response was to wait a few days and see if it showed up. I kept reaching out to them via chat and email (you can call - but you get referred to an answering service who says they will email you). First I got the "wait" response, then when I pushed it, they said they would talk to their distributor and get back to me. They did not respond until I again reached out to them. Then they refused to refund or replace my order "because the distributor maintains it was delivered"!!! This was shipped via Amazon logistics and there was an Amazon order that was supposed to come with the same delivery. It also was never delivered. In the time it took Naked Nutrition to say, "We believe our distributor over our customer," Amazon had sent me a replacement and I had received it. Naked Nutrition did, grudgingly, say as a "one time courtesy" they would send a replacement. I waited until the order shipped before I wrote this as I was concerned they wouldn't send it after all. I had a terrible prior experience with them as well - I decided to try a different product once and it was horrible. They would not let me replace it (most other companies allow for this). This company does not care one whit about its customers, and I can assure you I will never use their product again.
HORRIBLE customer service. There are no humans that will speak with you on the phone (other than what they call their “answering service”…people who claim to “forward your information”). No helpful email responses. Totally evasive and will not resolve any issues. These are $50 bottles of powder that you are stuck with if there’s a problem. A “health” company treating customers like a disease. Buyer beware.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. the goat whey protein powder is absolutely awful, it gets foamy and comes to a weird texture any time you mix it into your smoothie, yogurt, or anything else i find. I wouldn't recommend this at all. I reached out to the company and they said sorry, too bad.
I waited an entire month to have a return refunded. I had an auto shipment that I forgot about that processed. The item was $18 with $7 shipping. The day the item shipped I let Naked Nutrition know I will be Returning as it was a mistake. When I got the order they asked me to open the box and prove to them with photos I did not open the container ???? So I did that in August. I retaped the box and shipped it right back. The said $8 of shipping fee would be deducted. Kind of sucks they don't do hassle free returns since I told them the day the order processed it was an accident. I told them fine take the $8 again even though I paid for it to be shipped to me .Well today they've refunded $9.99. let's do basic math. Spent $25 to get $9 back and covered all the companies shipping expenses there and back. The company doesn't have the best interest of the customer in mind if they make them pay for the entire return. Most companies have return labels that are free. So that's my complaint.They made me jump through hoops just to prove I did not use a product I told them I never wanted and wasted a ton of time and money. Honestly been ordering naked mass from them for years but their experience has me looking for a diff vegan mass gainer. Don't like being nickle and dimed by mega corporations.
I ordered a bottle of rice protein. The one I received was defective. The taste of the protein powder was bitter and disgusting--completely different from other times I've ordered the same product. I emailed them multiple times asking for a replacement product from a different lot because the one I received was inedible. They sent another bottle from the same defective lot. I sent them multiple emails about this and was ignored. Worst customer service ever.
This company lacks any compassion, business relations and any customer service. They simply don't care about the customer. They told me to "not support them" who does that??? I complained via email I was receiving conflicting emails on an item. I received several emails stating it was time to "reorder". Another email assured me they were working on obtaining the product that I had placed in my cart. I then received, the same day, two addtitional emails stating this product was "discontinued". BTW the website states nothing about the item being "discontinued". I asked them which one do I believe? This kind of confusion is their standard of operation (I've experienced other issues and gave them another chance) and thereafter I received the nasty email in response to "not support them". No problem on that one!! I would suggest never ever doing business with this company. There is no live person to talk to as everything is done by email. There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever and no matter how good a product might be it isn't worth the trouble. One is only as good as their customer service!! Business 101. I found a better substitute product elsewhere - cheaper as well, where they care about the customer. I spent quite a bit of money over time with Naked Nutrition. They lack everything a company in the people business should possess.
Im going to break this review in two sections. First the product, then the company. Product: This product seemed like it was going to be good. I seen unflavored and thought, well this may not have a bad taste and it would go good with just about anything so i bought two. I was wrong. I tried to mix this with oat milk or water and it was the most disgusting sour taste i have ever tasted. Using a shaker bottle you will have constant foam which made it worse every time I tried to force drink it. I chose this due to the good reviews but i should have looked at the bad reviews instead because those are the ones telling the truth. Now that i think about it, i did find it fishy that most of the good reviews talk about the taste not changing and how its delicious which lead me to believe that its all lies. There is no way that sour taste, taste that good. I used it once and never again. Now for the company: I sent a message letting customer service know that i did not like the taste and would like an exchange. They tell me i can't and i would have to return for a refund and get the one i want. I only opened one of the containers and the other one i bought was closed with its black tape around the top (the way it arrived). I sent them a picture like they asked. I said that's fine if i have to return it to get the one i want. Then they throw at me a $15 charge just to return it. I was confused because i sent you guys proof that i DID NOT open it. I looked at the return and exchanges and it says "Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, less any shipping charges." Don't put that if you are just going to throw a $15 shipping charge off the refund knowing that they will never get their full refund nor exchange, which you guys claim you don't do! Im like "thats fine" because after hearing that return charge something tell me i shouldn't deal with this company again. Keep in mind, the person who reached out to me didn't have a name. Normally when a company reaches out to you, they would state their name and/or also have a signature in the email. Its as if i was emailed by a complete stranger. If someone was to contact me and ask who i spoke to, my answer would be "I spoke to anonymous." I agree thinking if im paying $15 then that also including box and return right? WRONG, the guy at UPS charge me $10 for a box to return it even after he looked at the label. Once again in their "Returns and Exchanges" it say "Products may not be returned to the sender or our PO Box as a special label must be sent to the customer for a proper return." So whats so "special" about this gah damn label if im still having to pay for a damn box!? I have dealt with companies where i got a shipping label for free and that came with a box. So you telling me i paid $15 for a piece of paper. Notice how they said you can't send to their P.O. box or return to sender, they are crooks wanting you to not send it for free so they can eat that $15 out of you. Im just waiting for my refund so i can forget about this company. This was my first time buying and for damn sure my last time buying from this company. They removed my review off their website so im writing here where they can't remove it.
