I’ve been a fan of Naked Nutrition products for a long time — the quality is excellent and the taste is great. However, my latest order (placed on July 14th) was a big disappointment in terms of delivery time.The website indicated a 4–5 day delivery window, but my order took nearly two weeks to arrive. I rely on protein as part of my daily routine, so the delay forced me to buy another brand in the meantime. When I reached out to customer service, the response was simply to send me the tracking link I already had, without really acknowledging the inconvenience.I still love the product itself, but this experience has made me hesitant to order again. I truly hope Naked Nutrition addresses shipping delays and improves communication with loyal customers.
I ordered from them and tried using their app to get the discount code. The app didn’t put the right product in my shopping cart and I was sent an unflavored protein powder ! I went to return and they refused to give me a return label for almost a month. I finally disputed the charge and magically their system was fixed and they could provide a return label. This company should not be allowed to operate or be in business . They offer no customer support at all ! No live person. Just emails! I followed up everyday for weeks and offered solutions but they made no comment other than sorry for the frustration but our system is still down .
I’m rating my customer experience. I ordered from their website on 7/3. Two days later I received a notification it had been delivered. After checking the box and not seeing it. I contacted them via email and received a response asking to confirm the shipping address which was correct. Since it was a holiday weekend I told them I’d check with my neighbors the next day. No one had the package and I reached back out to the company. Silence for 2 days. I finally threatened to file a dispute to which the responded telling me to file a missing mail request with USPS. I’m sorry but what happened to customer service and why are companies so jaded that they put the ownnes on new customers to find their package. Today is 7/8 the package was delivered today. I will never order from this company again.
I've been putting the Naked Gut Supplement & Naked Marine Collagen in my morning coffee for several months now, and I've had a great experience from start the finish! Both products are easy to mix in any flavored beverage, and they dissolve fully without leaving grainy sediment behind. Since using them, I've noticed improvements in my skin, hair, and gut health, which is fantastic!The Naked Team was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the ordering process, and allowed me to offer honest feedback on my experience after trying both products. I'd definitely recommend Naked Nutrition to my friends & family!
This company is amazing! I have been using their pre-workout for myself and multivitamins for my son, such a hit! My son is so picky but love these knowing my son is getting the nutrients he needs! The preworkout is awesome, no jitters and keep me energized for my workout! The service at Naked Nutrition is top notch and highly recommend their products!
I had managed expectations, but they failed at every turn. Their website will alternatively recognize past orders, then in the same session, show that you have never ordered, even if you are logged in. At best, it's annoying, but if you are trying to troubleshoot a missing order, it's beyond frustrating. My most recent order never showed any movement beyond label creation and departure from a Little Rock facility. A week later it's shown as missing in NY. And forget getting a real person on chat or the phone to talk about it. Everything is through email. It was a $300 order. I have had better customer service for a lost $10 item!
I have been using their Naked Whey for over a year, and I love the product, so I decided to create a subscription on their company website and order directly from them. The first order I received was a tainted canister. It smelled like sour milk. It had a fruity taste. It would not bulk up in the blender. It was clumpy as a powder and the color was off. The only way to contact them is through email. Even their phone number is just an answering service who sends them an email for you. After a month of emails, They refused to do anything. They told me they had no other complaints about that batch. A lot could have happened, they also put a scoop in every canister, something could have been on the scoop. When I drank the shake, I got stomach pain, followed by cramping and GI issues until it was all out of my system. My doctor suggested water could have gotten in the canister before it was sealed and microbes could have started to grow. It fits with the taste and the fact it would not expand in the blender. This was a five pound canister, so I am out $80. They won’t even take it back and replace it. Nothing, after a full month of me trying to communicate with them. Zero customer service for a decent product. Filed a complaint with the BBB, where they have a score of an F. Also contacted the FDA. Naked Nutrition does not care about their customers, at all.
Despite seeing some others have a poor experience with their customer service, my experience so far has been quite good. Product arrived on time, it doesn’t upset my stomach much compared to other supplements, and communication has been consistent. Prices aren’t terrible either for the market and portions.
