Naked Nutrition is Abysmal

My experience with Naked wasn’t good. I had a subscription for weight gainer. It was expensive but I stuck with it. They changed their shipping policy and my charges went up significantly. I called up and asked them to refund me (adjust my total) I don’t feel like they should blindside a loyal customer. Their customer service was abysmal. It turned into a blessing in disguise. I now make my own and it’s far superior. Naked nutrition treats their customers poorly in my experience, and they’re way over priced.

I went to the website and it looks to good to be true and I don't see anything about satisfaction guaranteed, that's a big red flag to me because that means your taking a risk that I won't be taking because I've bought so many health products that don't work and never again will I buy from a company that doesn't provide a guarantee

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. I placed an order and needed assistance with a coupon code. I emailed several times over the course of 2 weeks attempting to get a reply - no response. Called customer service, was informed of a call back - no one called me back. The individuals operating the email address are not even acknowledging my emails.I was a brand new customer, spent $300+ because I liked the business model of clean/pure supplements, but I cannot support a company that does not have any form of after market support or care to respond to their customers. I will go somewhere else.

Horrible Customer Service

Naked Nutrition customer service has been dismissive and frustrating in my attempt to order protein powder with a discount code. I have ordered the product for over two years and been very happy with their products, even though it is very expensive....more than most other similar products. I texted and was told to email. I emailed and received a dismissive response that did not even apply to my situation or concern. I called that the person did not listen to my responses or concerns and could not help; he said he would email someone to in turn have them email me. Such a simple issue to resolve and yet they could not even address it.I have now researched other companies for similar protein powders and found a couple that sound even better (and cheaper) than Naked Nutrition.

Really bummed!!!

Really bummed!!!! Was on a subscription for weight gainer with Naked Nutrition, I rely on the product to maintain my weight. They ran out of product & I told them thru text & email to notify me or just to order ANY WEIGHT GAINER possible. They did notify me when vanilla came in, so I tried to order it immediately. Then text representative said they could handle it & would send the vanilla instead. But I all I heard back for the next 3 days was, ‘my team hasn’t responded to me yet’. And of course they sold out in minutes of the vanilla. I would have just bought it myself if the rep wouldn’t have said they would take care of it. Super frustrating. WHY HAVE TEXT SUPPORT IF THEY ARENT GOING TO HELP?? They still have zero flavors in any type of weight gainer & now I have to find it elsewhere. I don’t think they care much about customers!

TERRIBLE experience

TERRIBLE experience. They have ZERO tolerance for returns. And everything is out of stock outside of massive 5lb bins of protein powder. I was suspended in disbelief when I was told that they wouldn’t accept anything back. Never have I ever seen an online only retailer make this claim. Read the fine print folks. So much plastic waste, plastic bins arrive 1/4 full. Never again.

They sent me my product which had inconsistent labeling (the serving was different than what was listed on their site and I’m not sure which was correct. I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. Garbage company, bad tasting product, and mislabeled which can be actually very dangerous. Not cool.

Poor product quality, poor customer service

I received a shipment of naked's 100% whey protein and it smelled like rotten spoiled milk. Customer service was unwilling to listen and hear me on the fact that they sent me rotten product. Would not recommend. Buy from stores where you can go back and say "this product is broken" to receive a refund.PS, this is my 5th or 6th order of Naked's products and all the previous ones were 10/10. But all it takes is one bad order and 0 support to lose a lifelong customer.

TERRIBLE experience

I have seen other reviews regarding returns. My experience was awful. I had 2 large containers of protein in my cart, was mid-checkout, literally paying, when a takeover add interrupted the purchase. It showed a visual of 2 large containers of protein with 3 other smaller jars of new products for gut, greens, and fiber. I wasn't looking for these but the ad made it appear like you could get what they called a "bundle" for the same price as what was currently in my cart. Kind of a no brainer except in tiny print over the two big containers it said choose one, which I did not see until I revisited the order after my second large container of protein never showed up. So long story short, they interrupted my sale, confused me and sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and I only ended up with one of the large protein containers. Completely Misleading/borderline predatory. I use that last word only after contacting customer service and realizing they simply don't care about helping customers or that the ad was misleading. In addition to not helping me a bit, THEY ARE CHARGING ME A SHIPPING FEE of $10 to return the product!!! What??!!! I will also note that I was a returning customer and did like their product, but this has left SUCH a bad taste in my mouth. On a side note my kids opened the greens before I could stop them so I cant even return that one. Paying return shipping for 2 tiny containers, felt like I was scammed. Still wish they would make it right, but doubt it. I figured it was just a non-critical thinker reading a return script but I was told the matter was elevated to management and they also could care less. Who runs a business like this???!!!
