I have been a long-term customer for Nake Nutrition and have accumulated nearly 4000 reward points. I have repeatedly tried to use the points for my current reoccurring subscription order. Finally, they told me I can only use them on one-time unwanted purchases. What a hateful business model that punishes and tries to take advantage of loyalty.
For my order 852923, my package arrived missing a can with one can damaged. The seller is aware of this and other reviews online show poor quality control for orders. Genuinely worst customer service I dealt with. Multiple other orders never sent or arrive missing and others mention their protein having high lead.
I’ve been consistently happy with every product I’ve tried from Naked Nutrition. From their energy products to their supplements and gummies, the quality is always there and the ingredients are clean and transparent. I love knowing exactly what I’m putting in my body without unnecessary fillers or artificial junk.Everything I’ve ordered has met or exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely feel better using their products compared to other brands I’ve tried. Naked Nutrition has become a brand I trust and regularly recommend to friends and family. If you’re looking for simple, effective, high quality supplements, this is a company worth buying from.
I’ve been really impressed with Naked Nutrition. The Bone Broth tasted clean and blended well, and I’ve been loving the Zinc and Vitamin C! It's super easy to take and gentle on my stomach. My order came quickly, and their team was incredibly kind, organized, and communicative the entire time. Overall, a great experience with products that feel genuinely high quality.
This company pushes hard to collect your personal data for marketing purposes with the promise of a discount that didn't work for me. They hit you with pop ups and they have a "quiz" that requires your information for the results. When I visited their site I was hit immediately with a pop up offering 20% off of my first order. The code immediately did not work on my cart. There is no disclaimer that this is only applicable to specific products. I reached out to their support via text message and was assured they could help resolve this, but only if I emailed them. After 4 total days of communication with their team, they decided the item I selected isn't eligible for discounts. During the time between messages with their team, I received a marketing email telling me to use my code. Again, this email has no disclaimers that there are exclusions. They are falsely promising a discount that a reasonable consumer cannot use without exclusions and limitations which are not disclosed before your information is provided. I asked to be removed from their marketing emails and have my personal data removed, and their response was to make me click the unsubscribe link in their marketing emails. Their customer support is lazy, uncaring, and has zero integrity in my opinion.
This brand is one of my favorites for all my supplement and energy needs. The customer service is amazing and I’ve never had a problem with any item I’ve ordered. The quality is always there. Shipping is always super fast and reliable. I will continue to purchase from Naked Nutrition.
