I'd almost given up on Rebel support but Priya restored my faith in the company. I'm not a wiz at the backend of the website and needed help. A couple earlier attempts were unsuccessful even getting connected with someone. But once Priya and I connected, she stuck with the problem and found the resolution.
Our WordPress site went down this morning, and I no longer had "the guy" that we were using to support the site. After a quick chat with Rebel.com, Audrey showed me how to add another user so my "next guy" could access the WordPress site without access to the rest of my Domain Hosting. Great. Since we were handling our own support for our sites, I wasn't sure if Rebel.com could help, but I thought I'd throw it out there. A quick security verification to confirm I was who I said I was (I appreciate that), a two- to three-minute wait, and then Audrey came back to tell us our site was back up and running!She just "had to increase our PHP performance settings," and there you go. I have no idea what that means, but her magic worked!!Saved our day. Great tech support!!

She was incredibly pleasant and helpful on the phone, and my refund was promptly issued. It's such a treat these days to deal with a company that actually has excellent customer service!
Rebel is very lucky to have Jasmita represent them. Not all of us are domain savvy when it comes to set up. Time is valuable. She picked up on my struggle, verified my account, i gave my consent for her to jump in the driver's seat and in under a minute her response...done.
