BUS NOT ARRIVED

On the 13th of November, we were waiting for the A9 bus at 19:20 from Stratford to Stansted. The National Express operator informed us that they had been waiting for the A9 bus since 6 PM and none had arrived. We had no option but to take another company.We also have not received a refund, and there is no option available to request one.

Bus never turned up at pick up point to…

Bus never turned up at pick up point to take us to the airport which was not communicated so everyone waited hoping …. We have managed to get a return journey back from the airport but…. The driver let too many people on board which he realised half way through the journey. He stopped in the middle of the motorway asking people to get off. Weird experience
