I continue to enjoy a good service…

I continue to enjoy a good service comfy seats despite invisible disability. Never booked as disabled sat once at disabled seat. Staff always pleasant and helpful. I travel frequently between Swansea and Victoria. As you no longer go to Neath.

Update your toilet locks!

Can't complain as it was only £12 and better than trying it with the trains during engineering works.The toilet lock is still the flimsy one that's been used for decades. NX is the only coach operator that uses an outdated toilet lock where the door can be pulled open even with the lock on. Unbelievable.The downstairs toilet at Victoria Coach Station is awful - Toilet locks are literally non existent and no toilet paper. I cannot believe NX does not know how to invest in toilet locks. It's not like investing in brain surgery!

My flight had arrived early and found that my booking was way later than expected and the M25 was locked off..and routes to Stansted from Heathrow were not funny 🤦🏾I just wanted to get home

It's so simplto book online.

It's so simplto book online.My only gripe is people speaking loudly on mobile phones and most drivers ignore it whilst I believe they should be told to be much quieter and consider others on the coach.
