Review Time
I booked to travel from Gatwick and didn't realise there are two pickup points. I arrive back into South terminal. I booked from North terminal. I have a visual disability and wasn't aware at the time I had booked the wrong place. I am retired and travelling home alone. The friend I went on holiday with lives nr Gatwick and can get home easily whereas I need to get back to the midlands.I know it's my error but I hope you can change the pick-up point on your system as it is the same journey just a different terminal.
I dnt really enjoy my last trip that much because inside the Coach was really cold, considering the fact that we're in winter season, it would have been awesome if it was warm. Not everyone could stand too much of cold weather. That's my observation.
