Willy and the Tiddler – 5-Star Drivers!

National Express service from London to Newcastle on November 23 — let’s call them “Willy and the Tiddler”. Professional, friendly, and full of humour, they made a 7-hour journey feel like less than half. Both could get a job as stand-up on stage! Truly 5-star service — they deserve recognition… and a pay rise! I hope you both get called in for your class service. I would have tipped you both properly, but all I had was Thailand baht 🤣. You’ve definitely turned me into someone who’ll use the bus more often over the train! We were sat at the front to the left, in case you’re wondering who wrote this review…Keep up the good work!
