Excellent service as always that is why we have used them many times before, gave us the usual good service from start to finish in one of their well maintained comfortable and reliable coaches. Which was on time from the pick up to our drop off. The driver also was very good and gave everyone advice on how to get to where they needed to go when they left the coach.Thanks for the great service, we will see you again when we return from our holiday.
The website is generally easy to navigate and loads up quickly. One reservation I had was the confusion between Heathrow T2 and T3 and the other link of Heathrow T3 Rail only - this initially led to difficulty in making the booking as it said no such service.
There was a very long delay from 8.40 to 9.25. It is 1 degrees outside. Very cold to wait for this long!!!!!! And Your online tracking system does not work, if you claim you provide a service please provide it!When I got on the bus I politely asked the driver if he can turn on the heating, because I was freezing. he looked at me like I was asking the most stupid question and he did not reply. And turned on the heating after a long time. I never write such comments- but I am terrifed with this experience
Booking was very straightforward - but I haven't taken the journey yet so it remains to be seen whether I'm allowed on the bus with a booked ticket for a specific time of bus - as previously, with an open ticket via my flight booking I was not allowed on the bus, only people with tickets for that specific bus.
