Driver turned up in Birmingham too commence journey on the nx400 to London Victoria half hour late . No apologies No reasons given . Not great customer care or appreciation . Then I received an email informing me of the delay 3 days after my journey was completed ?!?
The driver of your 05.10am coach on 21 Nov 2025 from Bristol to London Victoria must stop his segregational and discriminatory way of dealing with your customers. He enjoys making customers losing money and get stranded, he is not willing to help. He told me i smelt of smoke/weed and would not allow me on the coach despite all efforts for me to spray my cologne and freshen up my mouth in 5 seconds. I am putting together a complaint for that uncompromising driver to lose his precious job that sllows him to messup with the customers both emotiinally and financially
