Review Time
I ended not using my ticket in either direction. For the departure, I missed the 3.30AM service and so the next was not until 5 AM. So I ended up taking a taxi. I was told this is due to shortage of drivers. For the return, I waited for a bit at Heathrow coach station - which is a bit of chaos. Then decided to use the Elizabeth line train instead for it being quicker. So ended in not using the coach tickets.
This was the first time I had travelled using the coach. I found it easy to navigate and booked online with no fuss. I had to change the day of arrival after my initial booking and was able to do quite easily for a small fee. The buses were clean, fresh and on time. The driver was helpful, polite and handled by case with care.
