Hello !I would like to thanks National express first for safety and affordable prices .I would like to add that Ben ,a young driver man -he is the best ,polite ,driving safely,I saw him couple of times during my journeys and I think he is an example for many other drivers .Something need improved would be the smell of the toilets ,sometimes the strong smell is not acceptable.Thank you and keep the great job !Maria

Old people with technology it’s bad for them ……and if National Express is big company they need to do more for customer service For example : refunds , help changes with distance with before 48 h trip .

They give me wrong date

I selected the date for my booking, and without my noticing, the system changed the date at the final step. As a result, I was surprised to discover that my reservation was made for Thursday instead of Saturday.I would like to understand why this occurred. Due to the strict conditions of the booking, I was unable to modify the date and was forced to make a new reservation, which resulted in unnecessary additional costs.I request clarification on this issue and a resolution for the inconvenience and financial loss caused.
