The bus was way too hot

The bus was too hot. At least 3 people went to tell the driver to turn down the heat but all where told to go back to there seats and not bother him. I understand that drivers can’t be distracted, but it was so hot that I felt like I was about to faint. To add insult to injury, when the 3rd person went to ask the driver to turn down the heat, the driver cracked up the intensity of the fan, blowing more hot air. This was my first and last experience with this company thanks to this sadistic driver.

Cannot contact you to sort out wrong ticket

I booked the lowest cost ticket (so no possibility for cancellation, alteration or refund) for my trip to Canterbury next Tuesday, carefully selecting date and time, but the ticket came up as booked for the previous day. I don’t think that was my error. Can’t find a contact number that would allow me to even discuss with you. So I’m taking the hit on that ticket cost and going by train instead (in less than half of the journey time). Also in future.
