I bought a 116d m with great low milage on it . To be fair the car had a bit of a half and half start being written off and then in storage for a good while so I expected a little fixing up . But the car was having a fair few problems . But mark has been amazing and has sorted all the big problems it had and went above and beyond on the customer support making sure the car was in working order and couldn't be more grateful . If your looking for someone you can trust to by off this is definitely the place would definitely recommend
I bought a car off Mark back in September & it's been really good, his customer service was great. Being a women, it can sometimes be a bit intimidating buying a car, but Mark made me feel at ease & there was no pressure, he let me take my time and was very knowledgeable. Just an over brilliant experience.
Don’t even get me started on this. Don’t bother buying a car. You won’t see it once he takes it for repairs the next week after you’ve bought it. We hadn’t resolved it as I had told you to come and collect this blue car as it is literally just sat on my drive as I purchased another vehicle? As yet again the blue cars cluster doesn’t work!! Not road legal to drive. You authorised these third party repairs and even paid 😂 so how did you not authorise this? I wish I could attach the images of you approving this. I just realised I had left a good review and wanted to make sure people knew the truth. Also none of my emails have been replied to when you asked to continue this over email instead? It wasnt solved you just started ignoring me. And you thought the problem had gone away. This was my first car bearing in mind. And I’ve been traumatised for life . Also every ‘courtesy car’ had a fault 😂 or was just completely not legal, smart car with no car seat fixtures bearing in mind I’ve got a 2 year old? Corsa that literally had no coolant or cap and filled with black smoke on the first day. Overheated and stopped driving. The bmw that was a death trap? 6 warning lights?
We recently went through the process of paying a deposit to reserve a car we were interested in viewing. Mark at NVS was very accommodating and offered a service to deliver the car to us. Unfortunately the car was not the right one for us, Mark was very professional and totally understood and took the car back to swindon, returning in full the monies we paid to reserve the car, it’s not very often you have dealing with car salesmen which are true to their word, I would recommend NVS on my experience a good professional business.
If I could they would have half a star. Sold us a not remotely safe vehicle, with it being a previous cat vehicle and nothing else disclosed. The vehicle had one bold tyre, one on the limit, broken drivers mirror and indicator, brakes were binding, one of the front disks had a massive crack down the middle and hadn't has a service for god knows how long. It now has clutch issues, is leaking coolant and oil. I have emailed a complaint but not even had an acknowledgement. Customer service is rubbish and the car is a death trap.
Bought a Citroen Cactus C4 from NVS. Great service. Car had been parked up for a while and the engine management light came on after 24 hours. They took the vehicle from me and gave me a car to use. My Cactus was back in 24 hours, and it's been perfect since. Great condition. Very understanding company. I would highly recommend to anyone. And would definitely buy again from them
