Nappies are great, better than any other. But the subscription service is awful. Shipping takes forever and when I contacted CS they basically blamed Brexit. Obviously it’s stupid and annoying that an island like the U.K. has erected barriers to trade, but equally a company in the EU offering a subscription from abroad could be expected to take responsibility or at least account for the shipping time and ensure that you’re not waiting two extra weeks FOR NAPPIES of all things. I was then told to adjust the frequency, which I did—and now this month, they haven’t come at all. They didn’t forget to take my money though. You can’t mess around with parents of small children like that—it feels a little cynical and uncaring. It’s not like my kid can just go without nappies in the meantime. But if I’m going to the shop and buying loads of nappies—Naty nappies, no less—then what’s the point in having a subscription? Just be honest: you can’t actually offer a working subscription to U.K. customers because you can’t scale up your logistics. That’s fine! Just tell me that. I’ll buy them from the shop instead of wasting my time having someone in Sweden email me to insult my intelligence.
I bought these nappies so excited to try them due to rash’s for alternative brands and Loving the concept. Unfortunately after two weeks of trial and error I will definitely never be buying again. My son is waking every two hours completely drenched in urine causing us to change him and his cot sheet entirely. It has been incredibly frustrating and exhausting for us both. Really disappointing.
