Product is great but I ordered a large amount of product and the shipping and receiving experience was a nightmare. The box the product came in was not fit for purpose (20kg of product in an "amazon" type of packaging), so obviously it arrived broken, it was difficult to handle and the delivery agency choosen was "spanish correos" which makes things even worse.I end up chasing the package and picking it up myself. Not goodUpdate 14-12: After discussing the case with Customer Care, our feedback was collected and we received replacement items. Product remains great and we felt well treated, so we are updated our rating. We will buy again and hopefully we will not have the same issues.Thank you!
I bought it thinking that it would be a better solution for the environment but I was mislead to believe that. It says “ 100% biobased materials on skin” and the last tiny information is that the distribution layer is made of PET and PP. To have this I would keep my regular diaper that at least is cheaper and also have plastic.
Delivery time unacceptable. It took more than one week to receive my order, and it even arrived wrong. They are re-sending the missing diapers, for which I paid, but after another week the shipment is not yet in transit. This is unacceptable, I’m sorry but I have to cancel my subscription.
