Review Time
We love the products, but for our most recent delivery, I made the single order specifically because it said it would be delivered the same day if I ordered before noon. It did not come the same day and it did not come the next day (today) and the tracking says it hasn't even been dispatched yet. So yeah, not good for a household running out of diapers and not enough time to shop. Full disclosure, first time disappointed by them though.
Well been using Naty for my last baby who is 5 months old ! 0 complain as the nappies last all night, never had a single accident with them, they are soft and comfy and cause no harm to the planet or my baby s skin. I had a small incident on the last pack I bought, I contacted Naty straight away for them to be aware and escalate the issue to their factory and I received today as customer gesture a box of nappies for my son … I did not expected such kind gesture … never been through such 5 star service from any company so far. No doubt I ll stay loyal to them
Awful diapers. Constant leaks. My baby was well within the size range (13lbs) for diapers indicating 9-20lbs and the diapers did not provide the support needed to ensure no leaks/blow outs. With every diaper from the package we bought, the same issue occurred.. im starting to think this is why they were on sale. I will not be buying from this company again, Ive had better luck with Honest and Attitude diapers. what a disappointment.
