I am extremely disappointed with the wall picture I received. The product looks nothing like it did on the website. The colors, quality, and overall appearance are very different from what was advertised online. It feels misleading and very unprofessional.
On top of that, the customer service was very unhelpful!!!
Absolutely not recommended!!!!!

Terrible! You won't be able to send it back because of the customer made. The quality is far inferior to the advertisement! It looks nothing like the pictures adverted so Don't waste your time and money. I've ordered 7 paintings from them, and they took 3 months to arrive. They sent them in multiple international packages, each with a duty fee of £207. Not only that, the quality was like a Chinese knockoff. The painting was just a big printout… an overpriced poster in cheap material, at £500 each! Absolutely a nightmare. I'm still trying to get my money back, but they don't take their horrible product back. They are scammers, so stay away! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!

WARNING: Avoid This Seller!

I hope this serves as a warning to others to steer clear of this seller. The painting arrived damaged, with issues in the packaging and corners, and the quality is far from what was advertised online. I reported the problem immediately upon receipt. The customer support team is now denying a refund, stating it was a 'personalized' item. However, this was an online purchase, and I couldn't evaluate the quality beforehand. I did not order a customized product unless they can provide proof that it was personalized according to their terms and consumer laws. I merely selected the size. I've sent 10 emails and numerous daily messages to their service, but have received no response. I will escalate this issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and/or my payment provider for a chargeback.

Avoid this seller at all costs!

I made a purchase through social media from this seller, where no terms and conditions were provided. Consequently, I was unprepared for the customs fees. After reaching out, we initially agreed on a solution. However, they falsely claimed on a payment platform that I was a frequent customer with no complaints, despite this being my first purchase. They then suggested I must have misunderstood the situation! Now, I’m facing difficulties in obtaining a refund of the £300 I spent, and their support has been unhelpful. I strongly advise against buying from this seller.

I placed an order on Black Friday and forgot to enter the 22% discount code. I contacted customer service within seconds of placing the order to ask if they could apply the discount retroactively. Instead of simply adjusting the order, they told me the discount would only be applied to my next purchase.As someone who also runs an online store, I know this is a very standard request that most businesses are happy to accommodate. Refusing to apply the discount, especially when contacted immediately, shows poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, which is why I’m leaving this review.

DON’T BUY FROM NEIBAC

DON’T BUY FROM NEIBAC! I wish I could give 0 stars! First of all we get an import bill of £70 which the website didn’t tell us about. Then the painting arrived looking nothing like the website. It was not 3D but a flimsy piece of see through paper. I contacted them the day it was delivered and they refused the return. I’m now stuck with a terrible picture and I’ve lost £400!
