I came up with an idea and pitched it to Nerdywave. I loved one of their shirt graphics printed on one of their work jackets and they actually did it! I couldn’t be more happy! I can’t wait to receive my order and will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. Cool products are one thing but great customer service is something that will always make me respect a brand and keep them on rotation in my closet. Thank you Nerdywave!

Great customer support.

I ordered the wrong size of t shirt, but didn’t notice til after I paid, and I contacted customer support. Vivi addressed my concern at no extra charge, and even offered me a discount code for a future purchase, despite it being my fault in the first place. Wonderful service.

The customer service is a easy 5 star. The materials used in what I got honestly is way better than I expected so 5 stars. If I had to give any criticism it would be if you wear your clothes loose like I do the size may not be what you expect. But it’s a good value.
