"Imani is helping to resolve the situation". I appreciate Imani for the effort in processing the reimbursement for the funds that were taken from my account without permission. Additionally, I now have awareness about this company and can share my experiences on other platforms. This is a scam. The "4 stars" reflect that they require you to do this to get your money back, which was taken without authorization initially. Truly disappointing.
