All reservation was clear but needed the call for clarification selection of accommodation with pet traveling cabin meaning - Exclusive or whole for 2 passengers and dog. The explanation was OK.

Not easy to book on a weekend.

On Saturday, I entered all my details (dates, vehicles, family members, ID's, etc..) in the system which is quite a big job. At the end, I clicked "BOOK". Then the page closed and all my data dissappeared. I had to start all over again. However, I first decided to create an account in order to prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately, the system blocked because my Portuguese postal code in wasn't accepted into the system. Only Italian postal codes were accepted which is totally illogical. I eventually decided to wait until Monday (business day) to start my booking all over again. On that day, the booking was succesful.

Dreadful Experience.

Dreadful experience. Booked a crossing from Brindisi to Vlore with Starlines as I wanted Camping on Board. Chose the sailing date to correspond with the only ship in the fleet that did camping on board.Arrived at Brindisi to be told the ship had been changed. I said it would be difficult for me to manage a cabin as I would have to negotiate the interior of the ship with a large dog and all my overnight stuff. (I am a single, elderly, lady traveller). I was assured by Net Ferries that there would be someone on board to help me……and that I would have a nice cabin. I was left to fend for myself once parked up on the ship, and would not have managed without the help of another passenger. When I got up three flights of stairs to the desk on the ship I asked for help to the cabin . I was told it wasn’t far and I did not need it, as it was only up one more flight of stairs! I insisted on help. The steward took me to the cabin door and left me. When I looked inside I had been given an internal cabin with 4 bunk beds, a bare floor, an overhead light that could not be turned off, and air-con that was freezing. - I have taken school children on trips and never been given such poor accommodation…..even with 30 children in tow! I wrote to Net Ferries and explained how disappointed I was with how I had been treated……especially as they had assured me that I would have a lovely cabin and help with my dog and luggage. I have never had a reply. I would never recommend them to anyone, or use them again.

More expensive than Brittany Ferries, time if the ferry was wrong, it was a good job I checked the departure time on Brittany Ferris, otherwise I would have missed the departure by 2 hours.
