I ordered a shirt which I later returned, but to this day I have not received my refund. I have sent three emails to customer service and have not received any response at all.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. At this point, it feels unprofessional and unreliable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I only received the t-shirt, which was also the wrong size (I ordered L but got XL). The two jeans never showed up, and I haven't received any updates regarding shipping or availability. I reached out to their customer support multiple times, but I never received a response. At this point, I feel completely overlooked and exploited. This situation has been very frustrating, and I want to caution others before they choose to order here. Based on my experience, I cannot place my trust in this company and would not recommend purchasing from them.

This company is a complete disaster. Their so-called return process is a black hole. You send items back, follow all their rules, and then… silence. No responses to emails or messages, and no customer service whatsoever. As for the money? Forget it; they keep it like thieves. It honestly feels like a scam. I've never encountered a company so careless, unprofessional, and shameless. If you're considering ordering from them, don't. Unless you enjoy wasting money and shouting into the void, steer clear of this nightmare.
Quick shipping and decent quality. The shirts are a bit short; they fit loosely, but I'm quite tall, and even with an XL, it's a bit short. I accidentally ordered a size S instead of an XL and couldn't refund or exchange it, but thankfully my girlfriend loved the shirt, so it didn't go to waste.
