I took a weekend trip to NYC to celebrate my birthday. I was able to take in my first ever Broadway Show and chose Stereophonic. I definitely made a great choice! The storyline was very good and all the actors/actresses gave excellent performances. Felt all the emotions that were portrayed; happiness, sadness, anger, etc. All mixed with a perfect dose of humour. I highly recommend Stereophonic!!!
Everything was great except the notification of understudies replacing Tony Winners was not clear. Also, Seats were much more closer to stage than depicted on layout and speakers were right in front and were so loud, we almost couldn't hear clearly.Actors were great, choreography was great, singing was great, music was great and settings were great! All in all it was a totally enjoyable show.
Marika managed the resale of our tickets after our Florida home was destroyed in two hurricanes. Of all the issues we’re dealing with post-storms, this was the first that was an absolute pleasure to resolve. This is why we always buy tickets here!
Patty, the customer service professional who resolved my ticketing difficulties, was incredibly helpful. She was patient, calm, attentive and very resourceful. All of our communication was conducted through email, and yet once she identified and understood the problem, she resolved it quickly and completely. I am very grateful for her impressive work. very concerned - my credit card keeps getting charged by them for the same thing evenb though they sent me my tickets. thought it was an honest mistake until i went to the website and they have zero ways to contact them. They reference "if the information doesn't solve your problem you can chat with the team" but there is no phone number, no email and definitely no chat function anywhere on the site. happy to update this if anyone from there reaches out - but also they need to put some clear ways to at least email them on their website. so far nothing.....be careful. Update: The tickets came through fine. But I challenge them to show me as they mention below where the chat function is on their site. There is no way to communicate even by chat or email…. Just pray you don’t have an issue.
