Terrible experience.Was charged for the wrong ticket wrong day and couldn’t change it. I selected a ticket for today not for a weeks timeThey were about to charge me for two tickets also. I caught that right in timeTotal scam. Give me my money back

The easiness of booking, each and every actor were brilliant. The winter garden was a lovely theatre, warm and clean. We were in seats 2 and 4 RHS G and had great views.Theatre staff were also great helping with finding seats and giving out programmes

All was TERRIBLE except the actors’ talent…. the TEXT, as required by the writer/director, spoken words was gross, ugly, so on and so forth…We cannot recommend this, OH MARY, for the sake of ethics…. The worst play we have attended WORLDWIDE….

Problem with redeeming voucher

I’m Irish and plan on visiting the states this week. I was hoping to see a broadway show in New York but accidentally booked one that wasn’t going to be showing until the end of the month! The customer support specialist (Andy) very kindly helped me out when I experienced a bit of difficulty redeeming the voucher I received from cancelling my initial tickets. Absolute life saver!! Very efficient and put me at ease being a student travelling abroad. Thanks again Andy!
