I am splitting time between New York and Florida for family reasons and because my schedule changes unexpectedly, I need flexibility with my ticket purchases for NY shows. I had a great experience with NYTG’s easy voucher system when I had a last-minute schedule change recently and using the voucher, I was able to see the show on another date. It was a seamless process - total game-changer. I recommend it all the time now!

As I've said in each of my e-communications with them, I've had stellar service with quick responses and exceptional solutions. I purchased tickets for a night out with a friend. Her plans changed so I wanted to transfer my tickets to someone else to use.
