After first ordering my camera, DPD lost it and we were in constant communication with Sarah from Customer Support. She answered our emails very promptly and also at 8.30am on a Sunday morning. She kept me informed of what was happening and arranged for a replacement camera to be sent out to me which arrived yesterday without any issue. Sarah went above and beyond to keep me calm and reassure me as to what was happening. I have asked questions and had answers and it's been no issue or trouble at Sarah's end. Customer Support has been excellent from every point of view.
I was looking for a high magnification Canon lens and found just the right one on the Next Day Deal website at a great price. The ordering process was very straightforward and, while the lens arrived a day late, the Customer Service team proactively flagged this delay to me.
Canon r1 best price I could find available in U.K. delivered on the promised next day service and was safely packaged. Cannot really ask for more. Very pleased and happy to recommend to anyone who wants the latest and greatest with best prices without waiting weeks on weeks and worrying the entire time.
The service and value for money that next day deals offer is excellent. The delivery time is totally Amazon like and I’m surprised isn’t the default for all online shops. Fortunately I have had no issues with the items I've purchased and therefore can't comment on the after sales service. I can't think of any areas that next day deals could improve.
I am thrilled that I moved over from buying from Canon to Next Day Deal, particularly on a long deliberated purchase of the R52, as I have saved a considerable amount of money and can buy more lenses with the spare cash. The service has been faultless from start to finish, arriving next day as promised and then followed up by a really helpful chap called Daniel from Customer Service. I highly recommend this company and have no concerns in respect of any warranty issues, in 29 years of photography I have never had a fault with a Canon product, but I have no doubt that if there was an issue, Next Day Deal would repair/replace under their warranty, as if they didn’t, they would lose their credibility as a business.
