I bought Canon R6 Mark ii recently for a good price among other sellers. The customer service is very quick, they handled all our queries promptly. And the product delivered in 2-3 days. I was keep getting update on the process of the order. Started using the camera and so far so good. Definitely will recommend to others.
As far as I was concerned I just went with the cheapest deal. I was worried about what kind of company was I getting myself into. £1500 was a lot of money to me but the camera (Canon R6mk2) arrived on time and I am very pleased with it. I even got a follow up call asking if everything was ok. I would recommend ‘Next Day Deals’ I have no complaints whatsoever.

While ordering a camera online I made a mistake with the payment options. A call to next day deal customer service then sorted my problem, and also gave me extra advice on my order.Camera arrived next day as promised and is working flawlessly.I was unsure of this company having never used them before, but all I can say is wow, excellent service and great prices, I'm impressed and will absolutely be buying from them again.
Better than smooth. I urgently needed a cine camera body for a commercial shoot, and these guys jumped to mind as I had shopped there before a couple of years ago. I was so close to missing the next day delivery cut off, compounded by a payment problem and possible delivery delays with DPD. However, I was accommodated all the way over the phone by Daniel, discussing at length how I could rent a body short term and he was even shopping for me on the recommended websites. Ultimately, he went above and beyond to get the warehouse team to send the camera out before delivery cut off, making an exception to use Royal Mail Special Delivery with a little discount thrown in too. A masterclass in service.
