The pack arrived very quickly and the instructions were clear and understandable on how to send your ashes/hair/fur back off. The fact that there were no hidden postage fees was also great. Once they’ve received your pack they email you and let you know. They then let you know once it’s made and on its way to you. The communication is very professional and very good.The necklace I ordered arrived nice and quick. This worried me a little at first due to how quick it was but that feeling soon disappeared once I opened the beautiful packaging to find an absolutely gorgeous necklace with my fur babies ashes and fur clearly visible. The way they created it is amazing. It’s not just thrown in. You can tell that a great deal of care has gone into making this memorial jewellery. The necklace was more than I ever could of hoped for. It’s simply perfect! If you’re thinking of ordering a piece of memorial jewellery then I would highly recommend using this company for it! Incredible.
