They just blocked my account for selling sneakers. I cant manage any of my domains. The Contact support is very rude and answer me with : ''Tell me what do you want to do with your domains, be honest btch'''. THEY STEAL YOUR DOMAINS!!!!
They suspended my domain with no reason... When I asked the support why, they answered with me with "If you send us new support email we will share your real IP address to police".My domain was with a crypto token... nothing ilegal !
The NJALLA provider steals domains and then sells at auctions. I had 2 domains stole. In the control panel shows that the deadline has expired. I received letters to the email, but they fell into the spam folder, and did not see for this. I cannot manage and extend the domains, I have functions blocked. I check the domain in the Whois domain, and there is information that the domains are extended for another year. Maybe I still extended? And forgot? Or they themselves extended and took them. But they do not have the right, since I still had a whole month to extend the domain, but they do not give me the opportunity to extend. The only thing they told me is "why do you need these domains? What would you do?" And after my answer, they tell me that your answer is not very honest.
All the reviews you're reading about njal.la stealing domains are true.I have 2 domains with them, one of them was almost 10 years old. No issues, until suddenly one day my website didn't work. As other says, you can access your dashboard but you can't manage your domains. Once I opened a ticket, they took 15 hours to simply say: "Blocked due to breach of terms."That's all, I asked for a reason with no success.My domain is lost, I guess they will just re-sell it for a higher price. So my advice: avoid Njalla at all cost. If you have a domain there, move it asap to a real domain name registrar. Also avoid their VPS: extremely slow.
They shut down my server for which I paid for 3 months and banned me, the servers were constantly crashing and I was creating a support request, and at the end they said that they would not produce a solution and cursed me.You should definitely stay away from this company!
They stole my web domain which was webcamlevel.com and it is clearly not a company but a person stealing domains.I wrote that because it didn't work or they gave me my domain and the only answer is "you know why, don't play" a response from a person and not a company, clearly they are stealing.He never answered me againDo not buy your domains on this page for nothing.
Guys don't trust this SCAM register.They will allow to buy domains, but one day are yours domain and the other say not anymore.I lost 10 domains with them, i can acess to my dashboard but i can't "manage" none of it.And they don't answer back in the support chat (i have tried to contact them for like 2 weeks).They are sh**, don't trust them.
I have 5 domains in their system currently. About one week ago, I found 2 of my sites stopped counting traffic, and after checking, the reason is that their DNS was changed .I checked all my emails, they've never send any emails about it to me before.and then I found I lost control to all my domains in Njala, I couldn't do any editing to them, so I tried to contact them via support ticket, and they never reply.So I have to try everything else I can. I found their twitter account so I posted the same questions under their tweet.Guess what? They blocked me~~~!!!!I totally have no idea why they treat their client like this~~~!I thought maybe I did something wrong, maybe I have problem with my tune, so I tried again by submitting another ticket.This time, they replied:---Yeah, you can move them all to another registrar that would like to help with your sh***t.
