No diet is a good product. I printed out the document and am most impressed with the detail it contains. The meal plan is very well written and easy to follow. My doctor advised me to download the plan as she believes that the Mediterranean Diet is very versatile and easy to follow. I have a medical condition that says the variety of foods and meals I consume daily must assist my stomach to function properly. To date the change of diet is certainly helping and I am very happy.
I signed up, paid my initial fee of £15, received nothing. No response to Customer contact support. another £31.98 taken yesterday. Contacted again.Still no response, so I am going to report to my bank that they are scammers to get a refund and block any further payments.
These people are thieves .. I only signed up for a month on the sale and only looked at it for 3 days before deciding the menu was rubbish.. they took money from my account the next month without my approval and will not reimburse. Absolute rubbish ! A big scam ! Don’t waste your money and let them rip you off for unapproved subscription! I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand I would never have even done the promotional deal! Theives!
I never authorized and would NEVER agree to spend $39.98 for recipes I can get on internet for free. They did cancel my subscription but not the $$$ and told me basically I am stuck due to their policies. Watch this company price goes from a free trial to $39.98 quickly. Save your hard earned money and do not deal with these scammers.
