A scam company. Misleading, unclear and not transparent at all in their selling adding on other products by default which most of us miss or think are getting free but then suddenly after 6 months get a huge charge to the card ! Refuse refund and simply have no interest in Customer satisfaction or customer service At All ! No emails or communication afterwards either so no way for the poor customer to know they have been scammed or tricked until the massive charge ! Any reminder email comes 5 months 3 weeks later apparently and obviously must go straight to junk so payment can not be stopped in time ! Only way forward is to go to the ombudsman, regulatory body or legal to fight them and as many of us need to take a stand as possible to stop them conning more people.
Word of warning, be very wary of this company. I signed up for one month trial special offer 18.99, I declined all add ons and when I downloaded the app they gifted one month's coaching. I wrongly assumed I would be contacted after the months trial to ask if I wished to sign up. I wasn't contacted and subscription was taken from my account at the end of the month for the full price of 37.98, fair enough I should have checked the small print and cancelled. However they also took 84.99 for coaching which I never agreed to and had declined with I first signed up for the trial!!!. They have refused to reimburse me the amount. The customer services is not good and the whole thing is disingenuous. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. truly appalling.
I can't say your doing anything great since I haven't even started the program. What I can say is that I hate being bombarded with add-ons to a program that if it's so great should be able to stand on its own merit. I'll let you know how I feel about this program in a few weeks.
