If I could give them zero stars, I would. I tried the app on what I thought was a one month trial for $19.99 and then was automatically charged $39.98 for a second month. I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription and then they would NOT refund. Total and complete scam. Stay away from this company. They are not honest and seem to prey on people .
This company exists to trap people into recurring card payments that are hard to challenge and is a complete scam. Do not buy. They claim I agreed to a subscription but do not provide conclusive evidence I agreed to this. (A screenshot of a possible check out page is not evidence.) In reviews below they claim to be improving their process - my experience confirms that they have no intention to do so. The product is poor value for the one month purchase.
Initially signed up for what appeared to be just a one-time payment for a monthly trial. I looked carefully to make sure that it was not auto-renewal. Just recently after my one month ended, I saw where I had two new charges totaling $150. After reaching out to customer service, they told me it was an automatic subscription and they refused to refund me. However, they still canceled my subscription. But I'm pissed I'm out $150 over something that I think they intentionally try to hide from their customers.
All I can say is I should have read the reviews first.They took every cent left in my accounts, even though i had cancelled my subscription and said that i need proof of cancellation which I don’t have as I regularly empty my emails.Never again!! $227 NZD is far too much to lose!
