As soon as I downloaded and installed the app I realised that it was not for me so I got in touch immediately to cancel. Looks like I will not get a refund of the 15.99 that I paid but at least they will not be taking any more money. It is not clear that you are signing up to a subscription so I would not trust this company.
Total scam. As others have said I read carefully to ensure this wasn't going to be a recurring payment, however after the initial charge of £31.99 and multiple emails to help*no.diet (won't allow me to publish email address) which were ignored, I've now been charged a further £74.99. No response from company. I notice in all their replies to other reviews they offer to 'help' at the email address I've written to, but they do not reply when emails are sent to this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
