Missing parts from my order, no one answers the phone or responds to the WhatsApp text messages ( highly recommended on their website) I would absolutely stay clear from this site. Zero communication when shipped and delivered (still showing be processed even though I have the product) and zero customer services when needing to speak with someone.

This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced.

This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. They took weeks to process my order. I received the wrong items. I was informed that the restocking fee could be waived due to the long delay in fulfilling my order, which I placed well in advance for Christmas, but that did not happen. I ended up paying $135 for return shipping. I had to reach out to them to confirm they received my return weeks later, and only then did I get an email confirming the acceptance of my return. After paying $135 to send the items back, I was shocked to find out I still had to pay a $66.84 restocking fee before they would process my refund. The refund they calculated was already deducted by this fee, which I was asked to pay upfront. Lastly, when I inquired about my refund, I was told, "we are urging our manager to process the refund." Is this a one-person operation that holds customers' money until they can extract every possible charge? I strongly advise against ordering from this service! I usually buy everything online. As a licensed practitioner, I have little time to shop in stores, and I have never encountered a service like this. After all the fees and demands for payment, it seems I will end up paying for the items I returned. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

I was unaware that this was not a domestic company. I understand that the holiday season can delay shipping, but it's now the 27th, and I still have no tracking information or updates on my order.
