How long does it take to ship?

I’m just wondering when this product is going to be shipped to me. I know I ordered it eight days before Christmas, but it hasn’t even left California yet per the tracking status. I’m more disappointed that nothing is happening and my wife won’t get the gift in time.

The shipping time isn‘t 3-5 days.

Ordered at 10th December as a Xmas gift. Today is the 23rd and it’s true: The Parcel will not arrive before Christmas. And why? Just 8 days after my order the items were handed out to the parcel company. It‘s sad.

Shipped with Canada post

Shipped with Canada post. Canada post says that they have not record of the tracking number you supplied. Still no package and no tracking number after 9 business days. Contacted support and was told that you have issues with Canada post. Is it the only way to ship? Please look into this and fix it. I cannot review the product itself, as it has not been received.
