It’s been 9 days since I ordered this…

It’s been 9 days since I ordered this thinking that it would arrive on time for Xmas. Not only did it not arrive but I’m still waiting for a delivery date. I didn’t get a choice of shipping. It was what you had and what you have is horrible shipping.

I ordered this for my wife as a Christmas gift. The add states 1 to 5 day shipment. I guess that must be when it leaves the warehouse. Customer service informed me it was usually 8 to 10 business days. It is Christmas Eve and I still cannot see my package on the tracking link I was provided.Update: I received the item 2 days after Christmas. My wife tried it and said that it was not hot enough and the massage was not powerful enough. Kind of disappointed.

Terrible shipping

The website states quick shipping with delivery within 1-5 business days….but the reality is completely different. Placed order on 12/14 and as of end of day on 12/21 it still hasn’t moved out of the California logistics warehouse...which is funny, because the website states that US shipments ship from their Las Vegas warehouse…
