Pretty obvious most of the reviews on here are fake. They market it very well, you think you're buying a good product. But what you're buying is a cheap product made in China that is worth no more than £10 in reality and it shows. No heat or massage, the wind would do a better job....AVOID AND DONT BE SUCKED IN MY THEIR MARKETING
They left a product out of my original order. Initially they were very responsive, and said they shipped a new one via express. Followed up with them just before Christmas to let them know I still haven’t received it and it won’t be on time, and haven’t heard a word from them since. The website does not open anymore and no social media activity since October.
I order the Maia and added the Luna to my order through a promotion going on. I choose the 2 day shipping option. Well it took about a week to show up and for some reason the order got split into two separate orders and the Luna showed up and Maia is still MIA. I contacted customer support last week and got some run around the block answer. Gave the wife the Luna for Christmas. It doesn’t charge its battery and is very uncomfortable to wear. Went to request a refund and their site is closed down. How convenient…
The tracking number is wrong so I can’t track my order. You spent 4 days sending me emails about how much you care and trying to get me to order more stuff instead of shipping the package.Hopefully it’ll make it before Christmas despite saying 1-5 days and being ordered on the 11th.
