This is the loudest massager I’ve ever heard! Yes the design is sleek but not discreet with the load noise from the massager. $100 for a strap on heat pad is just absurd working on sending the item back as i received this email.

Asked to cancel an order right after ordering. I had sent emails though nobody responded. They sent multiple emails about the item i had ordered but none in response to canceling. They also sent an email suggesting they would not send the item for a few more days. Though after sending them an email to cancel. Instantly got a "item shipped" email from them.
I bought this for my partner whom is working away overseas, I've read and hear so many great reviews that for me it's the perfect gift for her to take it back when over next weekend. It gives me great comfort I can help in an little way. Thank you
