Was sent the wrong item. I have to pay shipping?

When Nordic Socks sends the wrong size, they expect you to pay to return the item. This is not acceptable! When I pointed out that the website says returns are free when they send the wrong product, they ignored me. Needless to say, I don't recommend buying anything from them!
