Great products. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be as long as they maintain the product quality that I have always experienced. Quick shipping and great communication and customer service. My Girlfriend loves these socks and is overjoyed whenever I buy her new styles. No itch, durable, and very warm. Highly recommended.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Defective Product

I purchased the "EARTH (3 PAIRS) - WOOL SOCKS" set in size XL from this brand, and unfortunately, the yellow pair was defective. Neither sock in the yellow pair was the correct size—one sock was smaller, and the other was larger, making them completely unusable as a matching set. I sent them photos of the issue and requested a replacement.Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, their response was that I would need to pay for return shipping and return the entire set in order to receive a refund, only to then repurchase the item. When I reiterated that the product I received was defective, their final reply was that the socks may have appeared different in size due to compression during packing and suggested I wash them at 30°C to "restore them to their original shape."This is beyond frustrating and seems like an attempt to manipulate the situation rather than take responsibility for a faulty product. The customer service response was dismissive and unhelpful. I was left with the impression that they were trying to avoid fixing their mistake at all costs.I will not be purchasing from them again and will be sharing my experience with others to ensure they don't go through the same poor service.

3 weeks and still no socks!

Ordered a pair of socks on 02/12. Showed as in stock online and paid £4.99 for Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.No dispatch notice sent so I emailed on 15/12 to ask what was happening. Reply stated socks were out of stock but they were working on getting more in stock. I specifically chose a pair that were in stock as I needed them for a birthday gift.It’s now 21/12 and still no socks and no update as to when they might arrive. Have emailed asking for a full refund. No reply.Have noticed comments about poor service are deleted quickly from their social media accounts.

First time customer.

First time customer.I bought two sets of five (ARNE and ESPEN). I promised to a friend to let her have a look when they arrive! I ended up with half of them! She beged me to keep five pairs for herself, we were both thrilled with the quality, the colors, the feeling on our toes. From now on, we will make double orders.

Nordick Socks Customer Care redeem themselves

I ordered Nordick socks in November. I am always absolutely delighted with the product but this year had a great issue with customer service! When I finally made contact via email with Veronica, the Customer Happiness Specialist, she really did get to grips with my total disgruntlement and made good Nordick Socks failings with regards customer services aftercare.The product I cannot fail, and Veronica, has restored my faith in NORDICK SOCKS I will be a returning customer again in 2025.Thank you,

These socks are just as described

These socks are just as described. I ordered the Svea collection for cold weather. They are very heavy, just as I had hoped that they would be. The quality of the material and the comfort of the fit are exceptional. The Nordic Socks company has good communication, reasonable shipping times and a great product. I would recommend them to anyone who wants these great looking socks..

I ordered 10 pairs of socks and never received them

I ordered 10 pairs of socks from Nordic Socks on the 10th of December. The socks hadn't arrived by the 21st so I contacted them to try and find out why I hadn't received them. They replied on the 22nd saying they were investigating and I haven't heard a word since then. I contacted them again on the 28th and then again on the 31st and they haven't replied. £75 I spent on the socks that I haven't received and they were meant to be Christmas presents. Not sure what to do next. Hopefully they will get in touch to explain whats happened.
