Review Time
I placed an order 5 December and still waiting for it to be sent despite a timeframe of delivery of 1-5 days when ordering. I have contacted customer service twice but the responses have been identical which means they don’t even read the emails they receive. I won’t be ordering again or recommending them to anyone I know.
Communication needs to improve to stop poor reviews. I placed an order on the 5th December and the socks arrived on the 18th which I’m very happy with. A customer service response referred me to their T&Cs which states tracking should be received within 24hrs yet I’d heard nothing since placing my order despite the items showing as available so 9 days later without any updates isn’t acceptable.Veronica, who replies to responses on here, liaised with the customer care team and my order was prioritised. Annoyingly the goods arrived after the sale then started but the sale price could not be matched. Postal fees were refunded.
Order placed 4th December. I read that orders are dispatched 24-48 hours after ordering.6th December still nothing, I emailed to follow up.Was told that "they are doing everything they can..."I emailed back to ask for express delivery, no answer.I emailed to cancel the order and was told "we have forwarded your request but things get processed quickly so it may be too late."Which is ridiculous as it's almost a week and still nothing.PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND.Order number: NU437911I am writing here to get it tended to efficiently.
