I ordered the Ida 5 sock pack for $49.99 and only received 2 pairs! What a rip-off! Do not buy from this company. 12/9 - I emailed pictures of the package, but have not heard back yet.12/18 - I have updated my rating. Once customer service was alerted to my issue they followed up and have sent the missing socks. I have not received them yet, but they have been updating me on the status.
I cancelled an order within minutes of completing the purchase but after 24hrs I was told the order was under way and it was too late for a refund. Several emails later...total silence from them. I wanted to cancel the order and not have to buy another pack with a paltry 20% discount. The socks are well made but they are also grossly overpriced and their customer service is poor. Overall, highly disappointing and not recommended. Follow the review here I received a bland apology together with an inaccurate statement that I 'love' their socks. Woeful corporate customer service. Dear oh dear! I'm sorry to say... Still overpriced and still awful service.
Like several other people, I also placed an order for the Black Friday sale - 4 packs for Christmas presents so a significant amount of money. I’m also still waiting anxiously for my order wondering if I have been scammed?I have sent an email and had a generic reply about them being busy and thanking me for my patience etc. However, this is of no help when i need to be giving these as presents to family who are visiting in a few days.Like another reviewer, I thought 48hr Royal Mail delivery meant i would receive them then.Whilst I am pleased that your company has had a good response to this offer, you should have anticipated this and either limited how many you sold or put extra staff on to cope with the volume.People can’t afford to lose money and have to buy more gifts.PLEASE sort this and let me know when I can expect my order.
Last Christmas (2023) was my first order with Nordic Socks and I ordered a 5 pack of Ida socks which shipped the same day. I received the socks and they were wonderful. This Christmas (2024) I ordered (NA133872) two more 5 packs of socks on December 2nd. After about four days I hadn't received any shipping confirmation and was starting to get worried since these were going to be Christmas presents. I emailed customer service on December 6th, early afternoon checking on the status, no response as of December 9th. Late morning December 9th, sent another email asking about my order status and as of mid afternoon, no response. Also sent message on Facebook and only received automated response stating to email with no response. With no response from emailing customer support and messaging on Facebook I had no choice but to file a complaint with my bank and do a chargeback.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!! SCAM SCAM!!ordered socks on 02/12/2024, to date the package has not even been shipped.there is no way to contact them because no phone number, and no one answers the email.IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MONEY DO NOT BUY HERE.the positive reviews are all fake
