2025-01-19 SUMMARY AND FINAL ASSESSMENT:Despite my dissatisfaction with the quality of service (details of my order below), I honestly have to admit that the socks are of very good quality - very comfy, exceptionally warm, not itchy. They worked great both at home and in shoes for longer walks. The last test was washing - they endure it phenomenally, retaining all their properties. I think I will give Nordic Socks another chance in the future, because I am very happy with the product.---HOW IT STARTED:It has been over 100 hours (more than 4 business days) since the order was paid and the goods have not been shipped. Contact and support from the company have also been cut off. This is a very worrying situation and a red flag. Be careful before buying from this company.EDIT 2024-12-09 12:15 CETThe company contacted me only after my intervention on the fifth day (!) after paying for the order. Two days in a row I received exactly the same copy-paste message, which I consider disrespectful. During that week, NordicSocks did not have time to inform me about the delay, but they did have time to send emails with advertising content. In accordance with the request below, I forwarded my case to Veronica, who, despite declarations on TrustPilot, has not responded to my message. A week has passed and the socks have not been sent.EDIT 2024-12-10 14:30 CETThe company stated in direct communication that at the moment they cannot guarantee delivery date. What?! At the same time, in serial correspondence they sent information that there is a delay of about one week. It should be emphasized that more than a week has passed since I placed and paid for the order! Customer service and contact with this company is not only a nightmare, it is a mockery! I decided it would be fair to give a final rating only after testing them.
I placed an order last Friday (order no. NU409625) and after not receiving any dispatch Information for a number of days I reached out on Wednesday and was told that one item was out of stock (despite it being available on the website when I ordered) and this is delaying the whole order. I replied straight away asking if my other items could be dispatched in the mean time. I didn’t receive a reply and emailed again yesterday asking for a response which again has been ignored. This is my first time buying from this company and I’m really disappointed with the whole experience. Someone should have emailed in the first instance to inform me of the delay and now my emails are being ignored. It’s now been a week since I placed the order and I don’t know if or when I will receive it.
Sent and delivered late, materials of low quality, uneven size. I wouldn't say they are real Nordic socks, just designs that mimic them but while they are officially made in Turkey, I wouldn't be surprised if they were made in China and then repackaged in Turkey. Would not recommend. Buy real Nordic socks instead.
I’m the usual ‘cheap socks from a discount shop’ sort of person but kept seeing Nordic Socks advertised. Decided to give them a try, I’m now a convert. Fantastic quality socks and feel wonderful on my poorly feet. I’ve bought several more packs, all being shipped out and delivered by Royal Mail very quickly.
I had an order from Nordic socks delivered on 12/5. Delivery photo shows package on my porch, but the package was not there when I came home from work - likely stolen. I have reached out via email to Nordic socks 6 times since asking if I have any recourse. I get automated email responses, but so far no one has answered my questions. I also called the phone number listed on website which says they are not taking phone calls at this time.
I have wanted these socks for awhile and finally justified it as a Christmas present. However, when it came and I saw them, I had to try them on. They are perfect!!! So much so, I bought another pack. They are incredibly soft and so warm. I love them and am so happy with them
