Review Time
Order placed 2nd December 2024 paying extra for next day delivery, a week later items still have not arrived and no communication from the company. Email sent with an automatic reply received and shortly after another generic email advising they are busy, no update in that communication and further communications ignored. There is also no phone number available so left with no means of establishing order stays. In summary they have £80 of my money and I have no idea where my order is! Simply not acceptable, busy or not.
Ordered on the 2nd of December on the black Friday deal. A week later and still just says order confirmed. I get an email saying the item wasn't in stock (despite still showing in stock on the website). They ask me to choose another product and I have and they haven't replied to me. This company is just out to make money off people without fulfilling shipments. (I'm imagining this company uses fake reviews as they brag about their good trust pilot review on the website but I've seen a fair few people have the exact same problem as me, but let the majority good reviews sway me to order anyway)
I placed my order on 2nd of December. Then the website still stated "all ordres are shipped in 24h". My order is still in "we have recieved your order" status. When it was 4 days from the order, I contacted them. Answer was automated saying they will send my order next week. On friday it still had the same status. I send them another email and got back an automated reply without answering my questions. I replied to that, and now nothing. Worst customer service I've seen in a long while. Shame, since the products seems to be very good. This christmas the intended recievers will just never know that!
I purchased these socks as a gift, so I can’t comment on the quality of the product. My review is based solely on the ordering process.I placed my order on December 2nd as part of their Black Friday deal, purchasing six pairs of socks to send as gifts to six friends. The website stated that delivery would be via Royal Mail 48, which gave me ample time to receive the order and forward the gifts.However, after a week with no updates, I reached out to their customer service. I was informed that due to the overwhelming success of their Black Friday sale, they had run out of stock on one of the items and asked if I would like to choose an alternative. While I appreciated the option to make a change, this communication came far too late—not only a week after the socks should have arrived but only because I initiated contact. Ideally, they should have notified me of the stock issue shortly after I placed the order.I promptly replied with my preferred alternatives, but my response was never acknowledged. Instead, I endured multiple back-and-forth emails where I was repeatedly met with generic apologies rather than concrete updates or solutions. Eventually, after continued follow-ups, the socks finally arrived on December 22nd, missing the intended pre-Christmas delivery window. As a result, my friends received their gifts after Christmas.While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of proactive communication was frustrating. If they had set more realistic delivery expectations at checkout or provided an upfront warning about potential delays due to high demand, I would have been far less disappointed. Notably, a general delay notification was sent out on December 10th, eight days after my order was placed, which was far too late to be helpful.In summary, while the product may well be great, the ordering and communication process left much to be desired. Clearer communication and more timely updates would have significantly improved my experience.
I received 5 pairs I ordered, EU size 43-46. They where however way small, the heel of the sock did not reach my heel by 2cm. I am a 43. I made note of it but received this message: In rare cases, a pair or two may appear smaller than the others as the socks are being squeezed when packed. If you wash them at 30°C, they should return to their original shape. I gave up after this message. No reason to argue. I had been reasonable and clear insinuating they might have send the wrong size in the right packaging. People make mistakes.Just realise the sizes might be way smaller than you might think. i have tried to wear them but they run down as the day progresses. They don’t work for me.On the plus side: it is great material and nicely made. Hence the remaining 2 stars.
